Field Supervisors

True Liberty Protection Services Inc. Field Supervisors are required to possess a minimum of four years of security experience or equivalent qualifications. Field Supervisors are responsible for overseeing officer performance, conducting site inspections, providing training and support, ensuring quality assurance, and addressing on-site operational issues. To maintain consistent service and rapid response capabilities, Field Supervisors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Kelly J. Gregg, Vice President and Executive Account Manager, is responsible for overseeing client relations, contract administration, invoicing, and conflict resolution. In this role, Mr. Gregg serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, prompt issue resolution, and the maintenance of strong client partnerships.

Cameron Gregg, President and Chief Executive Officer, provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the organization. His responsibilities include operational oversight, personnel management, officer performance evaluation, training and development, quality assurance, and client service delivery. Mr. Gregg is committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence throughout all aspects of the company's security operations.
